At Elementum Surfaces, we are committed to providing high-quality Phomi® EconiClay® products and excellent customer service. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Due to the nature of architectural building materials, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing. Returns are accepted only in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Standard stock products may be eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:

• Return request is submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• Products are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
• Products are in resalable condition as determined by Elementum Surfaces.
• Original proof of purchase is provided.

Approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus any applicable shipping, handling, or inspection charges.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Custom colors
• Custom sizes
• Special order products
• Project-specific manufactured products
• Clearance or discontinued items
• Installed or used materials
• Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, or installation
• Sample materials and display boards

Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

Any shortages, shipping damage, or incorrect products must be reported to Elementum Surfaces within five (5) business days after delivery.

Photographs of the packaging and damaged materials may be required before a claim can be processed.

Failure to report shipping damage within this period may result in denial of the claim.

If a product is believed to contain a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify Elementum Surfaces promptly and provide:

• Order information
• Product photographs
• Installation details (if applicable)
• Description of the issue

Elementum Surfaces reserves the right to inspect the material before approving any warranty claim.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Elementum Surfaces may, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the defective product,
• Repair the product where applicable, or
• Refund the original purchase price of the affected material.

Products that have been installed are considered accepted by the purchaser.

Elementum Surfaces is not responsible for labor costs, removal costs, reinstallation costs, project delays, or other consequential expenses arising from installation.

Customers should inspect all materials before installation.

Orders for stock products may be cancelled prior to shipment without penalty.

Special order or custom-manufactured products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Any deposits paid for custom products are non-refundable.

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Elementum Surfaces.

Returns received without an approved RMA number may be refused.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow approximately 10–15 business days after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise for refund processing.

Elementum Surfaces' maximum liability shall be limited to the original purchase price of the affected product.

Elementum Surfaces shall not be liable for:

• Installation or labor costs
• Removal or replacement expenses
• Loss of use
• Project delays
• Lost profits
• Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages

except where prohibited by applicable law.

Elementum Surfaces reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
